I know that it is new years eve and weight loss is on everyones' resolution list but I dont care. I guess that just makes me in good company. After trying millions of times to loose weight I still cant seem to be rid of it! ( it keeps finding me even when i change the locks). I've tried everything from weight watchers, to paleo, to diary free, to gluten free but without exercise. This time I'm changing it up and i hope its the last. Im going to be joining weight watchers and have begun to exercise (gasp!). This is day one of my journey. I will be posting what I am eating, how long I am exercising for and the honest truth about the whole process.
my goal: to loose 30lbs by June ( not so crazy right?!)
my 2nd goal: to be able to achieve the first goal, to feel energized, confident and healthy
my goal for this blog: to record my weight loss journey and to post healthy recipes that not only looks good but taste good!
what I had today: a fig bar, a fiber bar, cheese on a sandwich thin and chicken burgers for dinner (will post the recipe and a picture after!)
I feel healthy food should be healthy but look and taste not healthy (AKA SCRUMPTIOUS).
